Vacuum regularly, particularly in high-traffic areas. Attend to spills immediately by blotting with a clean absorbent cloth. Solution-dyed nylon is highly stain and fade resistant — use a mild carpet cleaner for spot treatment. Professional steam cleaning recommended annually.

Installation

How to install Avalanche

Confirm subfloor is clean, dry and level before installation begins.
Select the appropriate underlay — required for stretch-in (broadloom) installation, and improves comfort and acoustic performance.
Allow the carpet to acclimatise in the room for 24 hours before laying.
Install using stretch-in or direct glue method as recommended by your installer.
Trim edges neatly and secure all joins. Professional installation is recommended to protect your warranty.

Is Avalanche suitable for high-traffic areas of the home?

Avalanche is made from 100% Resistain® Solution Dyed Nylon — one of the most resilient carpet fibres available. Its solution dyed construction means colour is locked into the fibre at manufacturing — it cannot fade, bleach or wash out. It carries a 5 Star REHD stars — REHD — 5 Star Including Stairs duty rating, suitable for extra heavy duty (rehd). SDN nylon combines long-term stain resistance, fade resistance, and durability in a practical everyday carpet.

How is Avalanche installed, and is underlay included?

Carpet — stretch-in (broadloom) or direct glue installation. Underlay is required for stretch-in installation. Quality underlay is required for stretch-in installation and is not included — your Floorworld consultant can recommend the right underlay to complement this carpet and protect your warranty.
